Player: What you would like us to call you.

Name: What is your character's name?

Origin: Where did they come from?

Age: How old is your character?

Gender: Surely this is obvious.

Alignment: Are they good or evil, or maybe somewhere in between. Just explain what their moralities like if don't like the Lawful Good etc, way of doing things.

Afflictions: Any diseases or missing limbs? Put them here.

Occupation: What does your character do for a living?

Possessions: Everything your character posses.

Appearance: What does your character look like. At least 1 paragraph, or a paragraph and an image.

Personality: Tell us about your character's motivations and what they are like when you get to know them.

Skills & Abilities: What can your character do? Haggle? Shoot a crossbow?

Knowledge: What does your character know? An extra language? Herbalism?

Strengths: Make sure that you balance your strengths with your weaknesses.
